ROTARY - SAVE SA FARMER'S LIVESTOCK - GIANT HAYBALES APPEAL
Farmers are very resilient when having to cope with adverse weather conditions. Most plan as much as they can for natural disasters such as drought, fires and flood. However, some weather conditions are so extreme that they fall outside the best made plans. During a prolonged drought, farm livestock need supplementary feeding in order to survive, so from time to time the Rotary Club of St Peters has provided funds to purchase hay to donate to the farmers.
